Welcome to the Teen Wellness Studio Registration page!
$99 - will secure a spot for your teen in this online workshop.
This is also a fundraising event, so if you are able, please consider one of the other donation amounts:

$125, registers your teen and can provide a partial scholarship to a teen in need.

$200, registers your teen and can provide a full scholarship to a teen in need.

$500, registers your teen and places you among our Angel Donors to be recognized on our website.
After completing your payment, you will receive a form to confirm your teen's participation. Please fill it out to ensure the Zoom link is sent to you on the day of the class.
Want to give a different amount? Use the 'Other' box in the form below to contribute any donation that feels right for you. Every contribution helps us to support more teens on their wellness journey.
